Today we are gathered here to celebrate International Girls’ Child Day. The daughters are the lamp of the house, she is also a human being. She is the mother who is the proof of our existence. आज हम यहां अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बालिका दिवस मनाने के लिए एकत्रित हुए हैं। बेटियां घर का दीया होती हैं, वो भी एक इंसान। वह माँ है जो हमारे अस्तित्व का प्रमाण है। एक बेटी किसी के परिवार के आंगन में एक छोटा सा फूल होता है, उसकी लड़ाई बेटी के जन्म से शुरू होती है। बचपन से ही उन्हें बेड़ियों में जकड़ा जाता है। हर हाल में उसे याद दिलाया जाता है कि वह एक लड़की है और उसे एक लड़की की तरह शर्म का घूंघट पहनना चाहिए।
